Golf Membership Sales Consultant

Salary: £23,000 per annum plus Commission of up to £11,000 per annum

Purpose:

The Membership Sales Advisor will be responsible to the General Manager for membership recruitment and retention.   They will work with the General Manager to agree membership recruitment and retention campaigns.  The Membership Sales Advisor will be responsible for managing the agreed sales process from lead generation through to closing the sale.  Relationship building with the team, current members, and prospective members will be key to your success.

Expectations: 

As a minimum, to deliver the budgeted membership numbers and to assist with achieving budgeted attrition levels.

Key requirements:

A good level of knowledge and application the golf product, features and benefits of membership.

Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, with a proven track record of a customer focussed approach that positively impacts working relationships across wide ranging groups

Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Sound business acumen, financial literacy and good IT skills
