AMGC provides an informal and relaxed environment. In keeping with golf club tradition members, guests and visitors are politely requested to adhere to the following guidelines:

Opening Hours
The Clubhouse opens at 7.00am each day and closes approximately one hour after dusk. During the winter months these times may vary slightly.

Professional Shop : 8.00am to 6.00pm
Restaurant : 10.00am to 6.00pm
Bar : 11.00am
First tee time : 8.00am

Visitors Car Park
After entering the main gates take the first left turning to enter the visitors car park.

Mobile Phones: To protect the peace and tranquility of the Club, mobile phones may only be used in the car park and the telephone cubicle and must be switched off at all other times. They may be carried on the course but must be switched off and may only be used in the event of a medical or security emergency.

Dress Code: As part of the informal club atmosphere, smart casual dress may be worn at most times. However, jeans, t-shirts and trainers are not acceptable. For full dress code details click here

On the course: Golf shoes must be worn with appropriate golfing attire. In summer, long tailored shorts may be worn with either plain white short socks or knee length golf socks.

Clubhouse: Smart casual clothing may be worn at most times. Jacket and tie required after 7.00pm in the restaurant and main lounge. Day shoes must be worn in the main lounge.

Purchases: Should you wish to make any purchases in the pro shop, bar or restaurant payment by cash, cheque, credit or debit card is acceptable.
